Xavi Want To Close His career at Barca with the Champions League title

Barcelona - Champions League final match will be the last match with Barcelona Xavi Hernandez. Xavi wants to close half of his career at Barca to the Champions League title.

This season be the last season with Barca Xavi. The 35-year-old midfielder has been decided will be anchored in Qatar with Al-Sadd club in the next season.

After dropping Barca won La Liga and the Copa del Rey, Xavi still has a chance to win a title again. Barca will face Juventus in the Champions League final on Saturday (06/06/2015) future.
